Before you log in to online banking, you’ll need to register and choose a User ID. We’ll ask for the following information for the Primary Member: Member Number, birth date, Social Security number or Tax ID, email address and ZIP Code. (Each Patelco account has only one Primary Member – be sure to use their information when registering for online banking.)
At this time, each Patelco membership can only have one User ID for logging in to online banking. This means there will be a single User ID for a joint membership.
